Meet Our Principal Lawyer
Mr. Hameed Ahmad is an experienced and highly qualified legal practitioner, admitted to practice in the Supreme Courts and Federal Courts of Australia, as well as the High Courts of Pakistan. He speaks English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and Saraiki, allowing him to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.
His academic background includes:
📜 Bachelor of Laws (LLB, Postgraduate) – Pakistan
📜 Master of Islamic Studies – Pakistan
📜 Master of Political Science – Pakistan
📜 Bachelor of Laws (LLB) – Curtin University, Australia
📜 Graduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training – College of Law, Perth
Before migrating to Australia in 2011, Mr. Ahmad practiced as an advocate of the Lahore High Court, gaining experience in legal research, legal drafting, legal advocacy and so on.
Legal Experience in Australia
After his admission as a legal practitioner in August 2018, Mr. Ahmad:
✔ Volunteered as a solicitor at a leading community legal centre in Perth, assisting refugees and asylum seekers from diverse backgrounds.
✔ Worked at a well-regarded migration agency, successfully handling Skilled Migration, Partner Visas, Student Visas, Visitor Visas, and AAT appeals.
✔ Established Ahmad Migration Services in June 2020, which later evolved into Ahmad Legal & Migration Services in October 2022.
